Sumanda Basu is data management leader with experience in data governance, data architecture, data quality, data strategy and roadmap. He has years of technology delivery and program management experience in financial services, insurance, entertainment and manufacturing industry. In his current role as Senior Vice President of Internal Audit in Citigroup, Sumanda is responsible for risk and controls assessment of enterprise data governance and execution capabilities. He has previously held leadership role in enterprise data architecture in a global bank and influenced organization's overall information management strategy. Prior to that, he managed delivery of technology solutions in data and content management space for a boutique IT solutions provider.
