Mark is the Chief Data Officer, Chief Data Scientist and founder of Decision Machine, a global data science consultancy based in New York City. He is an authority on data quality measurement and control, and a global leader in scientific approaches to business data analysis, including risk and control analyses.

Prior to founding Decision Machine, Mark worked for ten years at Citigroup and held a number of enterprise architecture leadership positions in Global Functions, Enterprise Architecture Governance, and the Chief Data Office. Prior to Citigroup, Mark was an enterprise business architect and consultant, focusing on financial services, pharma and transportation logistics for Fortune 100 companies.

Mark holds a doctorate in Applied Mathematics and Theoretical Physics from Cambridge University, England.
